Terms and Conditions for Custom Work ALL SUITS ARE unique creations and custom-made to order. ORDER: A minimum of 6 weeks’ notice is required to ensure the delivery of your suit in time. RUSH ORDERS: Are available upon request and will be considered depending on current workload. Ship within 15 days from your order date: Extra charges will be applied to rush orders. MEASUREMENTS: CUSTOMER IS WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INACCURATE MEASUREMENTS AND BRA SIZES AND AGREES TO HOLD CARIES POSING SUITS HARMLESS FOR ANY INACCURACIES. EXTRA CHARGES: Molded cups, padding, embellished straps and for Embellishments on suits with a D or DD cup size. SHIPPING: We will ship your order two weeks before your competition date unless it is a RUSH ORDER, in which case it will be shipped overnight at customer’s expense. ORDER SCHEDULES: $150.00 deposit required before fabric is ordered or work scheduled for any suit. No delivery commitments will be made prior to receipt of these funds. We will contact you before starting work on your suit for updated measurements. A further payment to bring your total deposit up to 50% of the final cost of the suit is required 1 week before work begins on the suit. Your suit will take 2 to 3 weeks to fabricate. Final payment is required 1 week before your order is ready to be shipped. CUSTOM WORK PRICING: Each suit is a unique creation designed to enhance and showcase your body type. Prices are based on fabric, style, crystal (size and colors) and appliqué selected. Your ideas and suggestions are encouraged early in the design process. ORDER POSTPONE OR CANCELLATION: If you need to postpone or re-schedule your order let us know before work has begun. Once work has begun there are no cancellations, postponements or modifications to your order. ALTERATIONS: After you receive your suit, please notify us within 48 hours if it needs alterations. Please contact us via e-mail with a picture of you wearing the suit front and back with comments about what alterations are required. Alteration of a suit to correct for inaccurate measurements: There will be a charge for alterations and shipping. Please contact us via e-mail with a picture of you wearing the suit front and back, for any questions regarding alterations. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Your name on the ORDER FORM indicates that you acceptance of all the Term and Conditions for Custom Work. RETURN POLICY: There are no returns and refunds. All the suits are custom made to order. NOTE: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender. Carie’s Posing Suits will not be responsible of any lost, damaged or late delivery of suits shipped. Suits cannot be replace or reimburse. All the sales are final, and all suits are custom made so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
